We don't build trains. But there are trains operating at parks around the world with bodies built from metal shaped and cut in our metal processing shop. The road train to the right transports tourists around the Royal Naval Dockyards in Bermuda.
We don't build high-rise buildings. But our customers have us build components like stair pans and column base plates for many of the largest commercial buildings in Arizona.
The Steel Solutions shop has the tooling and expertise to cut, shear and bend metal to nearly any specification. We can handle large metal sheets with tools capable of precisely bending a 10-foot steel plate that is 3/8-inch thick.
Tools include a CNC laser cutter, a waterjet cutting platform, a plasma/oxyfuel cutter and a 3-axis 250-ton Accurpress press brake. Our shop offers expert services in shearing, bending, flame cutting and CNC punching. We will work with you to produce metal shaped and sized exactly to your requirements. And we will do the work on schedule and at a good price.
